Today was my first day as a librarian at UC Berkeley! I'll be splitting my time between reference and technical services at the Doe & Moffitt Libraries. I am thrilled.
But after three months of non-stop travel & leisure, I was feeling a bit soft in the head today as the realities of academic librarianship dawned on me. And then suddenly I realized: some of my brain has gone missing!
So, uh, if you see the rest of my brain somewhere...I could sure use it back now. By tomorrow morning at 8:30 would be great.
