Hey there. So, I bought a used mountain bike (an early 90s Specialized, for $99) from Re-Cycles Bike Shop. The store's on Sacramento, between Ashby & Alcatraz, on the Berkeley-Oakland border. Great place.
So, after arduously pitchforking my way through the heavy clay of a future vegetable bed in the backyard, Jiwon & I rode our bikes down to yoga, endured our daily ninety minutes of hell, and then roared back up the hill and home. It was a pretty major outlay of energy, but it all felt great.
